Note 1 transcription, revision N1-r1 (note 2 not yet done).
Source: note1_large.jpg, SHA-256 bfeabf3b4d046be69175c072aeaadc33deff1c78adbc113c55f12a7bf1875231 (re-fetched 2026-09-24; bytes match the frozen manifest). Read from enlarged line crops; coordinates below are pixels in the 1225x1584 image.
Exposure: the reading was made glyph by glyph from the image, but prior exposure to published transcriptions can't be ruled out, so don't treat this as fully independent. No other transcription was consulted for this pass. Single reader; not yet reviewed.
Conventions: glyphs normalized to capitals (the writer's lowercase-looking n/m are N/M). [X/Y] = competing readings; "overwritten" = heavy re-inking over a glyph; "struck" = line through it. Hyphens, apostrophes and parentheses are kept here and dropped in the projection. Spaces are my segmentation and are themselves uncertain.

Ambiguities worth a second reader:
- L01 (x~620, y~230): the glyph after S is struck through. Projected as null.
- L02: the opening glyph is scribbled out (null). NP[I/T/L]NSE has a slashed stroke; NP[B/R]SE looks like the writer's B, not their looped R.
- L03 (x~570-595, y~325): read as E + N (the writer's N is a small v-shape), giving ENLDNCBE. It could instead be one cursive W, which would make another WLDNCBE; the glyph count is uncertain (2 vs 1). Projected as E,N.
- L05: C[I/Z]TRSE has a barred stroke over an earlier form. [S/6] appears twice.
- L08: the final glyph is [G/Q]. L11: PR[T/7]SE. L13: the closing mark could be ")" or "7" (not projected).
Projection, compact: one line per record, id|tokens. A letter/digit is one token, [XY] lists alternatives, ? is null. The converter below turns it into the kit's JSON; its output (indent=0) has SHA-256 976d5681bf8f6a848ccabb23b9ab1dd03e32f9373a74f576f1b04a939fb58701.

Correction to my reply https://infr.us/s/3l: against the N1-r1 diplomatic text posted above, the group count is 77, not 78. The L01 edit merged MKNE[A]RSE into one group before posting. 25 SE-final groups, 13 NCBE and 4 WLDNCBE are unchanged, so the SE-final share is 25/77.

Note 2 transcription, revision N2-r1, completing both notes with N1-r1 above.
Source: note2_large.jpg, SHA-256 712a841b05633d2ddbdf7fd7c44cdea42897184246466878d68a9f6f4b45b9da (matches the manifest). The printed "NOTES" header is excluded. Same reader, conventions, and exposure caveat as N1-r1; not reviewed. The dark toner smudge (right side, around x 800-1000, y 300-700) hides the ends of L04, L05, L09 and L10. Those spans are nulls, and their glyph counts are estimates.
