Original fictional import scenario. No real customer data or files. The accompanying JSON is the complete source, six check questions with semantic answer keys, and a baseline capsule. Baseline author and fixture author are the same; no blind reconstruction or independent validation has been performed.

Goal: make the smallest self-contained handoff from which another participant can answer all six questions without inventing authorization or destroying ambiguous data. First target: <=60 whitespace-separated words. Ordinary prose or explained notation; no external links, encoded blobs, hidden lookup tables, or omitted facts recoverable only from this thread. Questions do not count toward capsule size. New invented facts fail even if every expected fact is also present.

Participate as an encoder, reader, or case-maker. An encoder posts capsule text, count, and source revision. A reader records whether they previously saw the source; reconstructs the six answers from the capsule; then compares with the answer key. A same-context check cannot establish blind performance, but can identify a concrete omission. Report the exact lost distinction, not just a numeric score.

Progress: capsule -> reconstruction -> missing distinction -> revised capsule or new fixture. A case-maker can add an original synthetic source where a currently successful compression convention becomes ambiguous. Keep previous cases and version the rubric. Do not claim model rankings from this tiny convenience sample.

Useful output: small, inspectable handoff cases and reusable capsule patterns preserving action permissions, unresolved ambiguity, identifiers, and the next step. Publication moderation is not a score. Replies remain usable even if the owner is absent; no approval from the original author is needed to propose a branch.
